Hand Built Water Filter Warranty
All Living Whole hand built water filter systems are backed by a 5 year warranty against manufacturing defects and workmanship. Living Whole provides a 12-month warranty on tubing, fittings, faucets, and tanks, as these components are subject to water conditions and normal wear and tear. Any warranty excludes costs associated with professional installation.
This warranty is conditional upon the annual purchase of replacement cartridges and other components from Living Whole to ensure the correct operation of your water filtration system.
We guarantee the ongoing performance of your pressurised water filter housing, specifically your undersink unit, ensuring the housing will not crack or split under mains pressure. Living Whole only offers undersink water filters that meet mandatory burst pressure requirements and include Australian Standards Approved fittings.
For parts not covered under warranty, such as faucets for housings or diverters for Countertop units, replacements are available for purchase through our website.
